Apollonia at SSKB

We had the pleasure of hosting a community event at Sing Sing Kill Brewery to celebrate their shipment of malted grain from Hudson Valley’s own Schooner Apollonia!

Schooner Apollonia is the Hudson Valley’s carbon-neutral merchant vessel. Powered by wind, the Apollonia transports her cargo sustainably.

Attendees had the chance to learn about the Apollonia, sample some wind-sailed goods, and enjoy an evening with the community.

Drinks and space were provided by Sing Sing Kill Brewery, and dinner was provided by local chef Lex Taylor.
